All devices come with a user guide and a video demonstrating setup and use. We offer a range of mounting options that generally suit standardized dovetail and rail mounting systems. Rifle optics will need to be zeroed prior to effective use (usually by a "one- shot zeroing" process.

A security deposit is held until the devices are safely returned as per our policy. Any damage or loss may result in some or all of the security deposit being withheld.

Collection and drop-off are available at our Brisbane location. Delivery can be arranged for certain locations; please call us if this service is required.

Our devices are high-end. Identification confirmation is critical to ensuring fraud prevention and is a requirement for our insurer. Identification with a valid Australian driver’s license must be provided prior to an order being dispatched.

Customers may cancel their reservation at any time by contacting Aussie Optics. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee, which includes the payment processing fee and a 10% administration fee of the total rental amount. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
